Put it in the sunshine or the UV/LED lamp to absorb light(strong sun will be better )and then it can be shine in the dark.
【INSTRUCTIONS】
NAIL ART
1. Apply base coat first. Cure under a UV light for 1 minute or a LED light for 30 seconds.
2. Mixed the Pigment Nail Powder with base gel or transparent nail polish and apply it to the nail.
3. Cure it by nail lamp.
4. Apply top coat and cure it by naill lamp, finish.
CRAFT ART
Recommended use with all Colorless, Clear Coating, Transparent Medium.

1. It need absorb light source from UV/LED light or sunshine and then it can illuminate in the dark.

I used this to make my 1 year old granddaughter a Merry Go Round for her nursery. I mixed it with resin epoxy to use in molds. I sat it under the lights for 1 hour and it glowed like crazy. It doesn’t take much but again the molds are small but the color is great.

Terrible! Not only is there so much "filler" in the super tiny containers.. theres no way you cannot do a full set with one color, youd need to use a few colors..some of them kind of glow, 1 does glow properly,but the rest dont glow. Waste of money

Can't say enough good things about this product it glows like it should and it's very fine granulated neon powder is especially wonderful for nails designs and my crafting. Yes the little jars are tiny but they compact filled and I like that. Although sometimes the jars are a little hard for me to open so I wish they were a little bit easier I had maybe some grips around the rim when you can grab them to open them but you know such as life good price good deal so can't really complain too much.

Usually I buy the powdered pigment to go with acrylic paint. Instead of mixing with a medium I mix directly with the paint of matching color. I love how it makes the paint look. However I got these to go in dyi projects of candles and some epoxy resin. Even using an entire container I didn't get the result I'd hoped for. Nothing like I thought it would be. Maybe I should have gotten bigger containers tho my projects weren't big by any means. Some of rhe pigment didn't seem ro glow at all.

Easy to apply, goes on light, I did use 2 coats but thats fine by me. You can go lite or darker. Can't wait to use for faces on Halloween. Would definitely buy again nail polish costs more for a bottle then this and you get more colors then one. Get buy.

You gotta use alot of pigment well if your doing 50-50 and be careful cuz when you pour them together it all barely fits you gotta be careful when stirring it.
