This thing is awesome: comes with removable adjustment plates that will fit/hold traditional rectangular flash units or the round/circular head units. Either type of flash is held securely in place with a robust tightening/compression screw atop of the unit. The outer tabs that allow for Bowens modifiers to be attached to this unit make it ideal for overhead boom-arm applications due to how light the complete unit is. Or slap the unit on a light stand and take it out into the field for outdoor portraits, just bring something to weight the light stand with or bring someone one along to hold it. The product is very well made and just feels like quality in your hands.
