Pcv fresh air hose. This hose goes from the throttle body to the passenger side valve cover on ls engines. If you’re looking for the Pcv hose with the foam padding (drivers side) it’s part #12574660. The hose fit great and easy to install. Even has the manufacturing date and part number on the hose. My original one was dated 2-12-00.
