This part was marked as new, but clearly it was used in a resealable bag. My mechanic stated that it did not work as well.

The product works and is doing what it should. HOWEVER, this was shipped LOOSE and with NO PROTECTION in a boxed 3 times too big. I don't have pictures as it's on the car now but. Very disappointed in the carelessness of packaging. Purchased an off brand one for my other vehicle and it's packaged wonderfully. Do better

This part fits in place of 12632172 and possibly 12669016My 2012 Chevy Traverse LZ threw a "traction control is disabled", "Service Select Track" and "Engine Power Reduced". Check Engine light came on and the card dropped to a top speed of about 20MPH. There was an odd fuel smell and heavy exhaust smoke.I crossed referenced the OEM part #1263172 in the vehicle, and this part is cosmetically identical outside of the number stamped on the plastic housing of the sensor. The OEM part in the vehicle had some buildup and some additional buildup in the vents which I cleaned with a lint free cloth. The entire job is about 10-15 minutes and all of four (4) 10mm bolt screws. I also replaced the original O ring while I was in there. This part fixed the issue.If your vehicle does this you may also want to check the fuse box, but I found nothing wrong with any of the fuses.Note to Amazon and/or the reseller; you may want to include this as fitting these older model vehicles that use AC Delco 1263172.Saved several hundred dollars in parts and labor for overnight shipping and a few minutes of my time.

Solved unstable RPM. RPM was bouncing around at cruising speeds and climbing hills. I never had the check engine money light like others or stabiltrak. Just rough rpms.Easy install. Take a 8mm socket and loosen the straps to the breather tube. Take tube off. Remove the sensor wire to the throttle position sensor on throttle body Loosen the four 10mm bolts to the throttle body and remove the unit. Clean out any oily residue in and around the intake and bolt the new throttle body to intake. Connect sensor wire. Install breather tube and tighten all the bolts back. I did not need to replace my throttle body gasket as it looked to be in perfect condition but you may need to. I also did not have to go through the relearn idle process on mine either.
