As someone who has endometriosis and adenomyosis (both cause large clots and extreme bleeding) these are great. I’ve tried a few different brands that claim they’re for “heavy” bleeding and they always leak through for me. These did not and even lasted the night, I still change half way through if I wake up just in case but did wear them one night all the way through.Pros:Nice high waste that doesn’t squeeze sensitive stomach during my period.Great over night absorbency as I bleed VERY heavily.Easy to put through the washer AND dryer (only in a pinch and always on low otherwise I hang dry)Nice soft fabricCons:The only con for me was pricing as I like to have more than one but couldn’t do it.I do know they’re cheaper than other brands out there though and the quality is on par with the more “known” brand in my opinion.I 10/10 recommend these and this brand!

For comparison and fit purposes, I purchased 4 pairs, 3 different brands! I purchased the Leovqn in an XL and an XXL, the OVRUNS in an XXL, and the GOAT Union 5" boyshorts in an XL. I am usually a L/ XL on the top, and an XXL+ on the bottom, but you never can tell. My waist is around 38", but my hip measurement is about 52", and I need a very high rise (from crotch mid-seam to waist). Findings are as follows:- Returning the Leovqn in both sizes. I was able to get the XXL on, but they did not come up to my waist, specially in the back, and felt pretty tight (like I would quickly stretch them out or pop stitches) around the hip. Fabric felt soft, and well made waist area - double lined yoke, well treated elastic, etc. Didn't even try on the XL after that.- Keeping the OVRUNS. Still a scoop little lower than I would like like in the back, but they come up to the appropriate point for me in the front/ side waist. If you have a larger booty, be aware that all of these will probably droop a bit in the back, but they will work for me. Fabric was maybe a tad softer than the Leovqn, but some might prefer the sturdiness of the Leovqn if they are worried about longevity. Seem to be EXTREMELY similar in construction. Basically the same, apart from the fact that these are clearly cut more generously than the Leovqyn XXL.- Keeping the GOAT Union, and purchasing more! I was wondering if the GOAT Union would be a markedly different product since they were a little more expensive, and a small company. I did feel that the fabric was significantly more buttery, but the yoke at the waist is only about an inch and half wide vs the larger 4" yoke on both of the others. I would prefer a larger yoke, but of the pairs, the overall fit of these was the best. They still scooped in the back, and were possibly cut just barely more generously than the OVRUNS, but they are comparable. I think the difference in feel is due to the fabric on the Goat Union pair being softer and more stretchy in some areas. The most marked difference, actually, was in the absorbent area. The OVRUNS and Leovqyn seemed almost identical here, but the Goat Union was softer in this area, and less bulky. I have not worn any of these yet, so once I test them, I will try to remember to update.Hopefully this is helpful to someone!

I love the length of them for anti chafe. I wear it under dresses and there are no visible underwear lines. They are super soft. I wore them on my heaviest period days and they leaked a bit around the seams. I wore it again during a lighter day and they were perfect.

I was looking for longer underwear to help prevent chafing to avoid layering biker shorts over underwear. However, I also need light bladder leak protection, but liner pads don't work well with this style of underwear. I tried other brands that kept rolling down and didn't stay in place. I discovered Goat Union and all of my problems have been solved! This is the gold standard in my opinion. They fit great, stay in place, do everything I need them to do (prevent leaks and chafing). They're super comfortable and easy to clean in the washer & dryer. Life changing! I think these run big, so if you're between sizes, I recommend sizing down.

Runs larger than the other shorts they make. Does not provide full coverage only down the middle... the other shorts that i previously bought does not carry my size anymore very disappointed. They are full coverage and give comfort. These newer ones seem lighter and holds less. For someone that has endo and other medical issues these do not hold up like my other ones. Very disappointed.

These just don’t work. The gusset isn’t wide enough and they leak. Don’t waste your money

I absolutely am obsessed with these boxers. I underwent a pelvic surgery due to cancer and they advised me I try boxers instead of underwear for comfort. I decided to get period underwear in case I leaked blood or wound discharge. They have worked wonderful. I hate to disclose this but I unfortunately had an accident in them and they held all the pee in until the bathroom became available (thank goodness it was in my own home).So I think a heavy flow is covered there. It definitely holds quite a lot. I washed them as recommended and the underwear still hold their shape and feel great. Super easy to wash.They do stretch quite a bit so I feel as though I'm not wearing anything. They are so comfortable. These are great to start with if the budget is tight and you won't get something crappy. I've had them now for 3 months, I'm still healing and these are still working strong.
