I used a similar Godox device for my Nikon Studio photography for years and now I am pleased that I can use it on my Sony camera. I actually like that I can use 2 AA batteries instead of recharging option - especially before a big event, I can just make sure I have new batteries and they last a very long time. It is very easy to navigate the menu and select appropriate channel, which lights to use, and how much power for each. If size is important to you, I also recommend the Godox X3S TTL Wireless Flash Trigger,Touch Screen Flash Transmitter for Sony Cameras, which is considerably smaller and hosts a rechargeable battery. I am very pleased with this product and I could not find any items of concern.

This Godox XProIIS TTL wireless flash trigger for sony cameras is pretty awesome! It’s incredibly reliable and works flawlessly with my Sony camera. The 2.4 connection is strong and consistent, The Bluetooth connection makes it easy to control, and the Instant Conversion feature is a game changer for quick adjustments. The updated quick release lock is a great improvement, and with 16 groups and 32 channels, I have all the flexibility I need. Highly recommended for any photographer! 5 ⭐

It's a pro version of trigger. You can doo much more than the regular trigger. All your flashes adjustments and grouping, but huge bonus is the phone app! Now you can save your scene configuration and chose next time if you do the same type of lighting set up. Overall it works great!
