I hate cotton candy actually, and this is the only flavor I've ever tried that I like. It's a nice yellow color if you are making multi-colored cones, but also tastes very good.

my family got a cotton candy machine some while back and we have had a chance to use 4 brands of floss sugar... this company by far makes the best... the flavor and color are the same in sugar and candy form... some companies havent captured that yet and taste gets altered as its spun... we have used several flavors and they all have the same qualities... great flavor, aroma and color. the only think negative i might say is sometimes it seems like this floss gumms up the works of my machine, so we do have to stop mid spin sometimes and use something to break it up... like the outer sugar melts and encapsulates unmelted sugar... i haven't experienced that with any other brand i run through
