Before taking on a grout replacement project for my bathroom floor tile, I must have watched a dozen different video tutorials about all the tools/equipment/techniques that would be needed to take on the task.I'm so, so glad I got this tool as a "backup" item I could use if a utility knife or the triangular-headed scoring tool I snagged didn't do the trick.This thing is worth it's weight in gold - it eats grout for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.After fiddling with both the scoring tool and knife for a while -- I put those aside, opened up the package this buddy came in, had the metal blade installed with the flip of a lever, and had more grout removed in about 10 seconds that I had gotten pulled out between tile joints in like 5 minutes with the other tools.Don't overthink it. For like $8, this is the best thing to pick up and will absolutely save you hours of fiddling around with other tools that don't do the job nearly as well.

Primarily used for removing old caulk in over 100 uses with the original glade. It rips everything out. Wish I could find replacement blades for the caulk remover but it’s cheap enough that I’ll buy a few more full sets.

This tool worked very well to remove old silicone grout surrounding my bathtub. It felt sturdy and secure in my hands, and the blade locking mechanism does a great job. I’m disappointed that there are no replacement blades available. I shouldn’t have to throw out and replace everything when the blades are dull.

Great tool for the price. It has thinner blades so works great for tighter tiles. I wish it came with 2 notched blades but other than that I have no complaints.

Had to replace old silicone around the base of the shower and the straight edge made short work of what I had to do. I like how the blades are seated and locked in, also handle has nice grip. Kit also came with rubber caulk smoothing tools of different sizes.

Full disclosure, I'm a novice tool user at best.I'm the process of updating a few details in my bathroom including the bathtub caulking. I needed a tool that wouldn't break the bank that would help get this job done.In this kit you receive...The handle with locking mechanism for blades3 blades including 2 flat heads and one saw blade3 finishing tools with a variety of angles that should suit just about any surfaceThe handle feels solid.It has some good weight to it as well as a bit of a griping texture.Towards the top of the handle there is a locking slider for inserting and locking the blade(s) into place.Inserting and removing blades is fairly easy. Although pulling the lock slider can be a bit tough to move. I held mine down with a rag over the blade end so I wouldn't be holding the unit and cause myself harm when unlocking to remove blade.My one compliant is that the blade isn't super sharp. It did the job at getting old caulk up but I also used a separate SHARP blade to remove some of the leftover pieces left behind with this tool.Again, I'm no professional but this is great tool for your average home repair caulking job at a great price (less than 13.00 when writing this review).
