Ok why do these filters keep getting shorter?Come on man !Been buying these for years and they get shortened every few years .Ready to get a spin on so I can’t see how bad I’m getting screwed.

Worked as should, unsecured the old filter and put the new on. 5 minutes if you go slow and be careful.

I have these filters on all my transfer pumps and as initial primary filters on some pieces of equipment. It requires some patience to change the elements because the bowls in which they fit are somewhat fragile especially as they enter their fifth decade of service. I like the economy of a replaceable paper element and the lessened impact on the environment over a one time screw on filter.
