The sockets in my light fixture were supposed to be spring-loaded, I presume, but they wouldn't budge, which made replacing bulbs almost impossible. These fit the fixture perfectly, retract smoothly and hold the bulb firmly - a big improvement. My only complaint is that I would have liked longer leads. It's easy to cut them off if they're too long, but having to splice on additional wire is a pain.

So much wiser to purchase replacement parts instead of a new costly light fixture. So happy we can rely on Amazon to carry them!
