Even though they are plastic the handles are sturdy and the built in storage is great for really tough sticker and window scrapping jobs

This scraper does not replace a metal razor blade. Some of the pictures may show this scraper taking stickers off of windows and other glass surfaces. I find that this scraper can get the job done but a metal blade works much better for this type of task. The plastic scraper on the other hand, is most useful on a painted surface or a plastic surface. I removed stickers and pinstriping off of a moped with this scraper. The moped is both a painted and plastic surface. The plastic blade was sharp enough to remove what I was trying to get off but not hard enough to scratch the surface that I was trying to keep pristine. The blades do get dull relatively fast. The built-in storage in the handle is convenient and swapping blades is quick and effortless.

I was looking forward to using this scraper to get gasket material off my transmission pan when I changed my car's transmission fluid. Unfortunately, while it did not scratch the pan (a good thing to avoid), it was not effective at removing the old gasket material.
