It keeps breaking from the connection to the downspout. I had fixed it a couple times and now it is down again. I cannot fix it until spring because I wont get up on a ladder with all the snow. very frustrating.

Absolutely gorgeous. As pictured and described. Large design, heavy copper. Just gorgeous. Super product. Ordered the fish rain chain also. Spectacular. Both solid copper. Both large and intricate designs. Super happy with these rain chains. Order while you can. There’s no way you could be disappointed.

I was amazed at the quality of this product. I don't usually write reviews, but this is solid copper, and so beautifully crafted. I'm going to hang it on my house tomorrow. I can't wait to see the water traveling down this rain chain. it's reassuring to know that there are still companies that take pride in making special items that will be enjoyed for many years.

Water hit the top two circles the sprayed everywhere. Also after the first use the chains became spotty and discoloured. I expected it to change over time, but not look like it had a disease after the first use.

Very pretty and easy to install. But, it spends more time on the ground. Wind knocks it down, bump it and it falls down. Chain is soft metal and it comes apart to easy. It was knocked down because of snow storm, so I missed my window to return.

The rain chain I received from Amazon (via Good Directions) is absolutely beautiful! Although I had a hard time deciding on which chain to purchase (I thought about getting the chain that has the little cups...so cute, too!), I am happy I went with this one. The design is lovely, as is the quality of the copper. It is exactly what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to have my husband install it as soon as this winter weather is over!

Disappointed. It looks sloppy. Doesn't appear to be full copper. The pegs that hold the rotating disks aren't straight. I sent it back as this was a gift for my dad and I want a more appealing gift straight out of the box. :(

The soldering is very crude and obvious on all the rings. It’s fine from a distance, but this hangs near my front door. Would have expected better quality for the price. Also the hanging system does not cover the little bit of downspout from the gutter, so it looks odd hanging out of a silver pipe. The water mostly falls from the downspout edges and not down the chain.
