Burnt up after 2 months, had to buy another one because customer service said l had to get a certified service man to tell them why there product went bad. Cost of the service man would be more than the heat strip. Not happy!

Bought this when the technician tried to charge me over $1600 to install the exact same unit.Install was quick and easy after I flipped the electrical connection block on the heater. Removed two sheet metal screws, flipped the block and reinstalled the screws EASY PEASY.
