When I got this pull starter it looked good then I put it on and the dam thing didn't fit I actually had to put spacers to push the pullstarter out about around 3/8 to a 1/2 inch so it would work. I don't get why they would make the part with incorrect specs. I guess that's Chinese crap for you.

The pull string snapped the first day I used it. The rest of the construction is great, it was a direct replacement for my old one.Goofit said they would pass on my feedback to the factory to prevent this from occurring again. Hopefully they follow through.

Fit perfectly. It's made of metal and feels more sturdy than the original recoil did. The engine seems to have an especially high compression; takes a good hard tug to turn it over. This recoil feel like it's more up to the job.Update: After a two months of use the string pulled out and there is no way to re-tie it. Still a solid part, but they tied a weak knot that pulls out easily and renders the part useless.

Wrote a bad review at first. Thinking it was the pull starter but after closer inspection realized that a mounting screw backed out after riding. Fits Cag Mat2 perfectly.
