Fitted straight on, identical to the one removed, worked, fine, apart from lever didn,t go in quite enough to get lever locking pin to work, but other wise ok.

Do not buy. Even though it says it's a rear caliper it is a front caliper.

Worked great for a doodlebug mini bike rear brake. Just modded the factory bracket a little, and the stopping power is awesome! Also has a parking brake feature which is good so your bike doesn't run away in case it revs out while starting. The hose is the perfect length, and it came bled and with fluid too! Fast shipping, too!
