I bought this receiver for my fleet of Tamiya vehicles. It is nice to be able to program the vehicles independently of each other, currently, I use this transmitter for ten different cars. The receivers are cheap and having one transmitter for all the cars is pretty cool! I'm guessing its not as nice as more expensive transmitters, however, for occasional hobby use, it's perfect!

I've got three of these now. I use them for on road cars to buggies, truggies and crawlers. I think the crawlers is where they really shine only because I'm using all the channels with switching lights, winches, etc. Have used the GT5 for a few years now and have never been let down. Recently have added the lithium battery to them and love them even more.

This radio swings way above its weight class for the price. Decent build quality, doesn’t feel cheap. The screen and features are nice and the receivers and well priced also.

Thought it would be a good replacement for my traxxas transmitter but the gyro works nothing like traxxas and is really funky to setup. It didn’t come with directions so apparently when you turn or slide the ver will try to stop it from happening and it stoped laying down power while sliding on the pavement, the steering assist took over and I smacked a curb with my expensive build. I don’t recommend this transmitter for the gyro
