The bag to transport the game pieces was ripped. The need was urgent, so we didn't have time to send it back for a replacement. We'll have someone repair it.

I bought two of these thinking that maybe the first time it broke it was our fault, but it just isn't made very well. I was playing with it today and the black piece that you hook the net to broke just from the ball hitting it. The end of it that goes into the yellow foot stand broke off and it is unusable. Since I bought another one of these I had a few extras of these pieces parts, however, a total of 5 of them have broken. All the same extra piece keeps breaking off. DO NOT BUY!! Just buy the actual Spikeball.

Product appears cheap. Already had a frame connector broke. Net needed many adjustments for enough tension to play. Disappointed!
