This is a great compact cart. Like in other posts people have cut down the rod because they say it doesn’t fit. It’s not the rod but the plastic mesh, it’s new and not stretchy. I would not cut the rod down. I used a hairdryer to heat up the mesh and I was able to get the piece in place. Please try this hack before you return it!

The support rod to stabilize the cart is too long. Many reviewers have stated that and some suggested cutting the rod to fit the cart. I contacted the company and left a message that I did not want to cut the support rod and asked them to send a proper length replacement. A rep called and suggested that the fabric needed to be sprayed with something like a fabric softener. Well, it doesn't work. I bought this cart to assist a handicapped person to go grocery shopping. I will return this product as I can't see using it with the support rod which does not fit and make the cart usable.

I just got this cart and I am really enjoying it as a school OT. Easy to fit into my compact car and wheel around classrooms. I was anticipating that set up was going to be hard as a lot of people had experienced. I’m not sure if the company fixed the issue but set up between my husband and I only took about 30 seconds without straining much: I pushed with my foot inside the cart while pulling with my hands on the handles and my husband put in the bar.

This laundry cart on wheels is amazing!! I transport my laundry to the rv laundromat in this cart. The wheels are robust, the basket is solid and it the 3 pockets are handy to store things.

Great product working well. Wheels are large enough to go over rough & smooth surfaces. Hold a large amt. of clothes. Sturdy, well built. I use it as a laundry basket that is moveable.

This is a very good sturdy cart. I bought it for groceries and it is the perfect size goes up and down steps well the only big problem with the cart is one metal piece that supports the front is about 1/4 inch too long so you are going to have to take this out and cut it down, it does not fit properly and if you are not handy, I would advise returning the cart !My friends cut it for me and it fit perfect and the card is great, but it would not just fit without being adjusted and cut

It holds a lot of weight very durable and easy to use. I can fit so many groceries in it. I should have bought A long time ago so I didn't Hurt my shoulder.

This product is superb. Very strong, very light, easy to clean.There is a lot of chatter in other reviews about the pole being hard to take in and out. The only thing I can think is that those consumers missed the hole in the floor of the cart that the pole should be inserted into before snapping it into place. I am 64 with a shattered elbow that never healed properly and I had no problem with it.The cart is smaller than I expected, however my granny-cart expectations were overblown. The dimensions are clearly listed in both pictures and the description. I read one or two critiques saying the handle is too short. If you are tall, that could very well be, but as somebody 5’5”, I found it very adequate. And in defense of this carts smaller size, it fits beautifully while fully open snd loaded in the passenger seat of my car.Bottom line is that it was a great purchase. If I had one wish, I would wish for the company to put out a larger size as well as this trimmed down one. I would augment this cart with the bigger one in a NY second.
