I needed a new bridge for my ‘00 Washburn Idol 64 Deluxe. The original bridge was a Korean made ABR-1 clone in gold. I couldn’t intonate the 6th string, low E. I narrowed it down to the bridge posts being too loose. So I ordered this bridge to replace it. It’s a perfect fit, and works flawlessly. It feels a lot more sturdy than the original, and looks nicer. While the color matches most of my other gold hardware guitars (which are all newer than this guitar), it really stands out on this one specifically because it has no aging or patina. (I’m not sure if I’ll artificially age it, or just ignore it) Overall, it’s a phenomenal replacement, but also an upgrade. It makes setup way easier, and playing more comfortable. With this bridge I was able to set a ridiculously low ~1.2mm action without fret buzz on the 15th fret, 6th string. It’s the lowest action I have on any of my guitars. I consider this very much worth it in the long run, especially for such a great price.

I’ve installed these on several Epi Les Pauls and SGs and they do not disappoint. Recommended if you want something heavier than the stock bridge.

I purchased this for a Schecter C1 Elite. It matches the original perfectly. Instillation is easy. The hardest part is removing the old bridge. The price was right and I am very happy with this purchase.

The original bridge on my Sire Larry Carlton L7V had a relentless buzz on a couple of strings. The culprit was the bridge saddle screw keepers. The Gotoh bridge was a direct replacement which worked exceptionally well. I pulled off the old bridge and dropped the new one right in. I used a triangle needle file to file the saddle slots. The intonation was easily dialed in. Everything worked like a charm. No more annoying buzzing thank goodness. What a great bridge from Gotoh at a great price.

Works but was real loose on guitar's post even tried the post that came with it still way too looseHad to drill a hole at each post opening and taped to 3mm set screws (now it all works) The reasonI bought it was to replace a rattling bridge BUT this one was so loose you could move it with your handwith all 6 strings on it and in tuneWould not recommend unless you want to modified it or they resize the post holes to fit there on postthat come with

Gotoh is a very solid tune o matic bridge. Made my guitar come to life after all the intonation got dialed in. Way big improvement from my cheap Chinese bridge that came with my guitar, This thing shreds now extremely happy with this purchase. Will be buy more of these bridges in the near future.
