rear wheel not straight friction noise is crazy, and well i wont let my son use a bike with a wheel not balanced and no tools to fix this, anyway i dont know how im not an expert and the noise is way to annoying. i wont pay 100$+ in a bike shop to get this fixed and at the end the problems come back, ive done this mistake with another bike ive ordered for myself last year and i dont recommend doing this.

This is perfect for helping my grandson get steady on his bike and learn to ride on his own faster! The battery lasts quite a while, and it goes pretty fast on a full charge.He handles the bumps with ease, so the shocks are definitely doing their job.It's also great to have peace of mind knowing there’s a 1-year warranty included with the bike!

This Gotrax electric balance bike is perfect for young riders! The 14” tires provide a smooth ride, and the adjustable seat ensures a comfortable fit. The battery life is great, giving plenty of riding time on a single charge. I love the easy throttle control, and it’s a great way to transition to a regular bike. Highly recommend. The weight limit says 135 but has definitely held my child and I at one time.

I need yall to understand just how sweet this thing is. First of all it’s seriously well built and solid. Which means it’ll take a beating and my kids can use it for years. It’s got serious power so I need to figure out a way to limit it somehow. My 7 yr old rides it and he can’t put it down. He’s learned how to park it and plug in the charger and knows when it’s ready. This is a serious upgrade to your kids bike riding. Highly recommend!

I never write reviews but with the amount of money they got me for I must now. I bought this bike for my grandson Christmas gift and it didn’t last 3months. The warranty is over from Amazon and GOTRAX customer service and troubleshooting is email only. I’ve been going back and forth to only get a repair part which is all they offered. I been waiting for about 3 weeks now and have gotten nothing.Amazon shouldn’t even do business with GOTRAX

Great bike, worked on Christmas Day. 1 day later stopped working and now just beeps. Horrible customer service. Gave me a fake tracking number for the parts and then just stopped responding to emails: do not buy. I’m not the only one with this issue

This bike is cool and my son loves it but it’s been a pain. We had to find a bike shop in the first couple days to repair the flat tire that was really expensive.This bike is really loud and sounds like it’s scraping.Son loves riding it regardless but would opt for something else next time.

We bought two of these bikes for our boys for Christmas, and while we absolutely loved them and have had no issues mechanically. Our 5 year old son put his finger inside the brake while it was running and almost lost it. After hours in the emergency room, 4 stitches to piece together what they could, and now awaiting a call from a plastic surgeon I don’t want this to happen to another child. This is a MAJOR safety concern. Other bikes including my older child’s dirt bike come with brake covers. Please gotrax put a cover on these brakes so this doesn’t happen to another child!!!! 😔 I will be reaching out to the company itself. It happened so fast and yes we were right there.. I am just thankful he still has his finger but absolutely torn he has to go through this.

Bike worked great until it didn't work at all. My kid ride it maybe 20 times. They have since sent out a part to repair the bike but Canada Post has my package hostage.
