This is a very affordable little tracker that you can easily attach to your keychain (teardrop shape). It works on the Find My app for iPhone. The instructions are super simple and it comes with a back up battery. There are tons of uses like for keys, pets, vehicles, purses, etc. I'm giving this four stars however as I could not get this tracker to connect on the first go. I am not sure why, so put it away and tried again later and somehow it worked the second time. It could be that I wasn't pushing hard enough on the center button to turn it on as the first time I didn't hear a chime, but the second time I did, although it was faint. So if it doesn't work for you the first time around, try again.

My mom couldn't get them to pair but she's not tech savvy. I was. She also couldn't consistently see. But the whole point would be for her to use it without my help.

First off, note that this is a third-party version of an Apple AirTag, not a proper GPS tracker. It depends on having iOS or Mac devices in its vicinity in order to work, and those devices need to have the FindMy service turned on. This makes coverage spotty, so the dongle may only be tracked some of the time in sparsely populated areas. In a city, on the other hand, there will probably always be 20 iPhones within range, so it's much more reliable there.It says the battery lasts a year, and somewhere else that it lasts a year in standby mode. Not quite the same thing, and I have no idea how long this will last in the wild.

I-tag; simple press to turn on, the manual is in tiny type and barely readable, but this is simple to use and the product page has a clear description with pictures as to the function set up. I seem to have gotten a defective one: press for 4 sec to turn on... would not, changed and checked the battery and still will not turn on.

I turned it on. Placed it in my bagpack and it works perfect. I can see it on my iphone consistenly without a problem, but I live in a very busy area where there is iphones everywhere. Its easy to use. It does what its supossed to do. All good.
