It's pretty fluffy! I accidentally ordered a large so it fit a bit big but I'll be fine. It does have some weight but it's not super heavy or anything just lotsnof fluff. I had a fun time trying to figure out how to use it since this is my first petticoat and I thought it would go all the way around. Maybe I'm just not using it right but, I will continue to try and figure it out.I thought it would be smaller and was surprised just how big the fluffy part is!
