It does not reach very far and makes a terrible noise when you slide it up and down.

Came without the circular plate that would stabilize the whole thing. It’s wobbly and the head will not stay in place during exams. Does not come with or even suggest a bulb suitable for medical/dental exams.

BEWARE! The lamp in this picture is not the one I received. The wheels and the base are not the one's in the picture. The wheels are plastic and lesser quality.

Not as shown in the photo. It does not have the metal plate to stabilize the crossed base. I was specifically looking for a light with the metal circular plate that went on top of the crossed wheel base. I have had problems with past lights with the crossed base loosening and wobbling. On the positive side they do ship fast. Received third day after ordering.

As much as I like this lamp. This is the second time it was delivered missing parts. The first time I was missing the extension tube and the chrome base. This time just the chrome base is missing. First time around I contacted the seller and they had no info on my purchase. No invoice number or anything. So I just returned the whole thing. This time, I'm not even sure if I should even try again. Probably just keep getting 80% of the lamp.....Update from like a year and a half later, the chrome hood did not hold up very well to the not very sticky at all barrier film I’ve put on everything else to protect equiptment while working. Also, I really do wish I had that chrome base plate. It would’ve been nice to stabilize the light a little more. Also the switch is getting harder to turn by the day. I’m pretty sure the lamp wasn’t as cheap as it should’ve been considering all junk parts used on it or just missing all together.2nd update: after a couple years, the metal reflector/hood has completely broke off. After a couple attempts to repair it, I am now looking on Amazon for a new lamp. Don’t waste your money here.
