DIAMOND TURBO SAW BLADE GRAFF

6 Inch (150 mm)

The diamond blade is an accessory for an angle grinder which is designed for cutting various types of building materials through rotational-translational movements. This disc can be used for both dry and wet cutting. Depending on the type of cutting edge there are three types of diamond blades: turbo, segmented and continuous rim.

  • Turbo blade – provides high-precise cutting at a high rotational speed. It is ideal for stone and concrete.
  • Segmented blade – cuts less precise than continuous rim diamond disc. It is suitable for cutting bricks and concrete.
  • Continuous rim blade – requires constant water cooling because it quickly heats up. It is designed for ceramic and tile cutting.

Characteristics:

  • Type: Diamond turbo saw blade
  • Working materials: concrete, artificial stone, paving flag, curb

Exelente producto. Lo compre porque necesitaba hacer un cambio en mis pisos. Y tenia que hacer cortes precisos sin dañar el material o que se quebraran los bordes de la loseta.Todo salio bien, los cortes prolijos. Sin duda una buena imversion. 👍

We had a large slab of 1 1/4" granite left over from a kitchen remodeling project. Not wanting to waste it I thought I'd use it as a bench top in our garden. Unable to contract with a pro to cut it down I attempted it myself. I'm so glad I did. I purchased the GRAFF 6 Inch Diamond Blade to do the cut. I installed it on my Skil Saw (not an angle grinder) and went to work, anticipating a frustrating afternoon making the 2 cuts needed (I've never cut stone before). Not so, the blade cut quickly and cleanly, using the dry cut method. While it wasn't a fast as cutting wood, the cuts were surprisingly fast. The longer cut was 4' and was done in under 2 minutes, well under my expectations. Thanks GRAFF for a quality product!

I've come across those blades by an accident: the ones I used before went up in price and these were on sale. They turned out to be much better for the job (cutting raw stones into shape) than the diamond saw metal slitted blades I've been using.Last longer, too

Used this for cutting cement boards for a shower install. Worked great. Make sure the direction of the blade is in the right spot because I had it backwards and it didn't work. As soon as I flipped it, it cut like butter. Make sure to wear a mask. You do not want to breathe in those particles

I used one of these blades in my angle grinder to cut sandstone and basalt rocks into palm-sized pieces to put into cactus pots and to use to hold columnar cacti upright after repotting. This blade cut through both types of rock with no problem at all. The cutting process was so smooth that even though the rounded hard-to-clamp rocks were just barely clamped in place, the blade caught and dislodged the rock I was cutting only 2-3 times out of all the rocks I cut. Very happy with this blade for the purpose.

I purchased a couple of these to cut concrete pavers. Bought two as I guessed I’d wear one out before I finished. That didn’t happen. The first blade cut all my pavers cleanly and shows very little signs of wear.

I realize the intent of this blade is probably not to use in a circular saw and cut up your gutter, but that is what I got it for and it works really well. Our gutter is a mix of rock and concrete and this blade chops through it no problem. I've used 8 batteries and this blade still holds up and cuts without issue - I have no idea how long it will last, but I certainly expected it to be ground down by now.

Not bad for its price compared to Makitas blade for over 30+. Pretty good customer service as well. Blade has been good so far no complaints, I bought 4 on the first time.
