Stash Tyre Plug In Use
Handlebar Requirements
Stash works with bars with an inner diameter over 18mm and a 4" straight section at the end.
Note: Vibrocore bars are known not to work with Stash.
Open-End Grips
Stash can perfectly work with open grips. Take out and reinstall with ease in seconds.
Close End Lock-On Grip
Stash also works with close-end grips. Simply remove the grip to access the Stash.
Hollow Axle Crankset
Alternative Option - Stash can be mounted inside your hollow axle crankset as well.
Easy and quick fix
The Stash tire plug is user-friendly, with separate reamer and insertion tools. The pointed reamer tip simplifies puncture location and hole preparation for a seamless repair.

I'm not sure about all the reviews stating that it falls out of the bar but I'm fairly certain that this is due to user error. When you put the tool in, you have to turn the screw to expand the rubber spacer. Mine fits securely into a RF carbon bar and as a bonus they include a larger grommet so you can install this in a HollowCore crank on the drive side!

Bought as a gift for my son who wanted to stop caring so much gear while MTB. Son loves them "Awesome surprise gift". Quality is top notch, fits perfectly into the handlebars, and couldn't be easier to install. Highly recommend.

Comodo, piccolo e facile da installare. Utile in caso di foratura anche abbastanza grande, ci sono due tipi di vermi: 4 fini e 3 grossi. Qualità dei materiali buona, utile lo strumento di allarga foro e buona la qualità della gomma viva. Già usata e ancora non da segni di cedimento.In confronto ad altri strumenti dei competitor ha un super rapporto qualità prezzo visto che è possibile inserire lo strumento non solo nel manubrio ma anche nella guarnitura.Consiglio l’acquisto anche se si spera sempre di non doverlo provare!!

The size is perfect. I had another one which was way too small to store the bacons. And one that was unnecessarily huge.Granite has the amount of space for multiple bacons, and I throw in a valve core, because I can.Fits in the handlebar, regardless of bar ends, and in the crank. I use Shimano 12 speed crank and it's a perfect fit. Just remember that you need a tool to screw it out, so you need a multi tool on you if you want to use it in the handlebars or crank.Well made and well thought out.

Nice tool very well made and I’m sure will come in handy someday. I was storing my tire kit in the bottom of my fork using a rubber foot from a crutch which held it in very well. This is lighter and easily carried in bars but beware didn’t fit my Wake bars which are awesome and comfy but easily fit my PNW range bars. So do your homework maybe people will hopefully state the bars they don’t fit in their reviews.

I purchased this Granite Stash purely for the size and it complements my Granite strap. I didn’t like the diameter of other plug kits available and I’m not spending $55+. My ranger allows me to carry other important essentials. I had zero intention to place in my handlebars so removing the end caps was a must. I recommend this plug kit, especially if your trying to go pack less.

I purchased this along with Granite's chain tool - they make a good set. I haven't had to use it yet, but the tool quality seems good and I don't anticipate any issues with it.From the pictures online, I figured I could get a few more strips of bacon in the tube. I purchased a Manual refill kit to stock up. You can fit less bacon in this tool than you might think - I was able to squeeze in an extra sheet of 5 (in addition to the included 4), but it was really tough to screw the tool back together.This tool comes with two sets of 2 plugs. One set is the normal skinny stuff that other repair kits have, and anther is a set of thicker plugs (maybe twice the thickness of a normal plug). I didn't expect the thicker plugs, but they're nice!A potential issue with this kit is fitting it into the handlebars. As other reviews have mentioned, make sure you measure the internal diameter of your bars to make sure they fit. The tool screws into your bars by compressing a large rubber cylinder (think a half inch segment of rubber hose). It mostly works, but it's impossible to get a high torque value on the bolt to really jam it in there. My torque wrench wouldn't even register 1 Nm before the rubber was completely compressed. Now, it seems like the tool holds its place just fine, but I'd like to see a better design that's able to hit, say, the 4-5 Nm range. I believe the rubber is just too thin - a thicker rubber cylinder might work better.
