This is my fault, because I did not read the specifications of this item before I ordered it. I sent a picture of my sisters dog who just passed away. The charm is so small that even with my biggest magnifying glass, I could not even tell if the picture in the charm was her dog. Please pay attention to the size before you order. This charm is just a hair over half an inch. Really disappointing.

This came out terrific. I'm adding it to my key ring, its not very big but is perfect for me. This company did some lapel buttons for me in 2021 or 2022, and they came out terrific also. I would use this company again. The price can't be beat and the shipping speed is excellent ! This item was due 12/29- 1/4- I received it today 12/30. I highly recommend Graphics and More !!!!

The image was very blurry and was off center. It was also dark on one side and little brighter on the other. The piece itself is nice looking but it’s really very small as others have mentioned and I can’t really see the picture at all. I ordered 12 of these for a group but I wasted my money.
