I bought this to use with Dungeons & Dragons. The grid is 1" which is perfect for use with miniatures. I use two sticky dots on one side to hold it in place and stick white paper underneath from the other side. I can slip in and out maps and use dry erase on top if/when I need. Mine actually came with a .75" circular ding/mark in it, but it didn't really affect my use for it, so it didn't really matter to me. I'm not sure why they put the grid on the side you write on rather than the underside where it would be more protected. Hopefully it won't wear out over time. So far, so good!

I am a returning customer. My first buy was The World Map. I was so impressed by the quality of their products that I've decided to purchase The USA Map and I'm continuing to be impressed. I like that my kids walk away from their electronics for couple of hours while play-learning with Smarty Dots FlexiBoards. They like writing on it, finding and coloring States, while simply having fun. As a mom, I like to know that I'm spending my money on something that has a long-lasting quality and purpose, and will not go to trash after a few months. The dry erase feature has a superior quality. The rest of whiteboards on the market don't stand a chance against it. Our family really like these products!

This is absolutely perfect for what I needed it for. I wanted staves on my whiteboard. I want to be able to write on it and use my colored magnets. I couldn’t be happier! I move from classroom to classroom at times, so I wanted to make sure I could take this with me. When I first pulled it out of the package, I just put it up on the board with some magnets. I might use it this way for a while. When I have a more permanent space and can test the walls in that space, I will use the sticky things that are provided. I can also move this around a classroom if I want to do centers. What I love is that I can write all over it and erase it and not also erase the lines! This is going to be so amazing! I just roll it up and take it with me. I kept the tube that it was mailed in so I just put it right in there and move to the next class. Genius!

I am in love with my Flexiboard! I have been searching for the perfect grid board for my classroom and I finally found one! The price may be a little more than the other boards on Amazon, but it's definitely worth the price. The board hangs on my wall without having to drill holes and it's very easy to set up. The board erases very well and it's not annoying to clean up like the other boards I have purchased in the past. It's also very aesthetically pleasing for its transparency feature. It's very engaging and my students enjoy participating. Truly one of the best purchases I have made!
