I initially bought 2 for a sliding door. I liked it very much, so I bought 4 more for my condo windows. One of them had issues with the motors, after a long troubleshooting and exchanging of emails/ videos, etc, I got a new motor to replace. They sent a video to replace, believe me, the video looks quite easy to replace. I won't say it is not, but the fabric that covers the side that you need to pull off does not come off easily, as shown in the video, and will end up damaged ( a replacement fabric was not sent with the new motors). Luckily for me, the sides of that particular window is not an outside mount, so it won't show. But if it was one of the sliding doors that was also having issues connecting to the app, then it would be an issue because they are outside mount, and the sides are visible. My mistake, I ordered the sliding doors with fabric bottom, which I really liked, but the windows I messed up and came with metal bottoms. Don't do it. The metal bottom is wider than the measurement provided to the company, so they hit the side of the windows and interfere with the shades going down as they get stuck midway when closing the window- I had to take the side cap out to stop that from happening. Wish I could fix that by replacing it with the fabric bottom. The main issue for me is the app. The group setting does not work as expected. I set groups, and all it does is close or open one of the windows. The app really needs work!! Customer service was great after I received the shades, but when it came to replacing the motor, it took a little more back and forth than I would have liked to as I'm a very busy person to spend time with back-and-forth emails. Let's see about durability. Overall, very satisfied so far. My suggestion to the company:1) find a better way to the fabric on the side of the shades in case the motor needs to be replaced by the client, otherwise, the client is better off sending the shade back to the company to have the motor replaced because the fabric gets damaged when trying to pull it off as the adhesive is strong and send a replacement fabric to the side of the shade. 2) The metal bottom should be the size of the window shade; if they are longer than that will interfere with the shade's function when inside mounted. 3) IMPROVE THE APP FEATURES!!!
