Look like pics, but once again, for some reason 1/2" products I purchase on Amazon are NEVER the right size. Have had same gauge size for over 20yrs, so I know it's not "just me". Often I try sizing up, but those usually end up being too big. These were too small, I can put them in without unscrewing them, at least the screw on part keeps it in the ear. Also, they are totally plastic, even the threads are plastic, which I don't like. The threads will likely not hold up to being used often. Pic is nice but they are sized wrong and overpriced for the overall quality.
