The set is very nice. We put the lids on upside down and found the little ones,so far, haven't figured out how to get them open. lol The small spoons, bowls and lids are of good quality. The stone bowls and tops are a bit heavy though very nicely carved. They are easy to use, lid up just grab the knob. lid down, lift the spoon at a right angle which lifts the lid, then hold the top with one hand and spoon out the needed contents.

This is an outrageously beautiful and well crafted set of lidded bowls. Salt, pepper, sugar, spices, maybe honey... whatever you put in them, they make a statement on the table. And they have some heft to them, which adds to their attractiveness. The green onyx bowls I received show a lot more brown than the ones on the product page – with shades of cinnamon, dark caramel, and numerous other tones. I also see some whites and clear crystals too. The striations are quite attractive.

Although slightly smaller than expected, these are a wonderful addition to my kitchen and actually a perfect size. One is my new salt holder and one is my new sugar holder. They fit perfectly with my aesthetic and the quality of the marble and finishing is great. The overall look is also clean and modern while being functional. I was worried the spoons would be cheap but they are not. They are a perfect size and are good quality. They are also robust-feeling and not light but not too heavy either.Highly Recommended

These little marble containers are really cute & functional. The set comes with two containers, which each have fitted lids and little ladle spoons. The spoons are a good size, not too small. The lids have little slots in the them so the spoons can stay in there with the lid on & it all fits perfectly together. They are 3x3 (inches), which is the perfect size for a wide variety of uses. I like that it doesn't take up a lot of space on a table.One of my favorite things about this set is the versatile functionality. It would be great as a salt cellar, of course, but I already have one that suits my needs. So I'm going to use one for sugar--I have a larger sugar bowl but don't use it often enough to justify how much space it takes up--this one is much smaller & more space efficient! And the other one I thought I might use for crushed red pepper flakes, which we use all the time in my family--we usually bring the giant grocery store brand plastic bulk-sized spice shaker to the table, so this will be a massive improvement over that. It would also be perfect for fresh herbs or sauces to go with meals. For example, I often like to sprinkle a little fresh basil, cilantro, parsley, or chives over a meal before serving it, and it is nice to provide extra on the table for anyone who wants more, and this would be a beautiful way to do that. You could even chill them in advance to keep the contents fresh for longer.These are made out of natural marble, and they do have streaks and natural markings/variations in the coloring. I like that, because I like that it's clearly a natural material. They have a nice weight to them too, as you would expect from natural stone.

Lovely item. The spoon is kind of weird and large for the container, but we just took it out, and now it's a perfect salt cellar! They're beautiful on my counter as well. Perfect gift.
