This was, by far, the cutest hat at our party. It wasn’t falling off anyone’s head or slumping over, which seemed to be the problem with another hat. This was just so perfect.It was easy to slide the headband through the hat so it was positioned where we wanted it. Then it was ready to wear. The quality seemed really great and we had no problems with it. It made for some wonderful photos.
