The flange nut tightens the tensioner too much so it doesn't rotate you'll need to reuse your old nut also the spring is too tight it cut through the tensioner wheel after a few days. The chain itself is good quality.lasted a little over a month and need both replaced again

I needed a chain tensioner for my gokart. There is a crossmember on my cart that is pretty close to the chain and when I let off the throttle the chain hits that crossmember. I had a chain tensioner on there with a much longer arm so it had less leverage on the chain. This tensioner is far shorter so it doesn't have to overcome the leverage and keeps the chain off of my cross member now.The bearings are smooth and the roller surface is wide enough to deal with any chain deflection. Recommended!
