This is my first 'real guitar (I grabbed a carbon fiber travel guitar to see if I could learn to play at all). I bought it as a 'blues' minded novice player and don't regret the purchase in the least.This is a Dreadnought build, so if you haven't seen one in person be prepared for something more the size of an acoustic when choosing a case.It's beautiful in design and has a rich sustain that's in line with what you'd expect of a hollowbody. I've discussed the model with experienced players who all agree that this is a solid example of a mid-level build & price-point.I'm still using the stock strings until I get around to taking it into my neighborhood shop for a pro-setup. The supplied strings took time to break in and a lot of retuning was required after each use of the bigsby. After a few cumulative hours play time this issue disappeared for me.I've heard the 5420t in the hands of a pro who brought sounds out of it that, as a novice, I can only dream of attaining.Her name is Anna Lee, and one day I'll give her the voice she deserves!

I like rockabilly, and this is the perfect guitar to learn. Sounds fantastic. Awesome having a tremolo. 100% recommend this guitar.
