I rated 4 stars. The product is quality. The thing is because its so heavy it got a little roughed up in shipping. Some of the bands of nails broke. Otherwise 5 stars.

I have been framing my house, and used about 8,000 Grip-Rite nails on Hitachi nail gun, and did not have a single miss-fire this nail.

be aware!!!! these showed up in a random box, not the typical brand box the way you would buy at the box store, half the nails weren't the same length, they continuously jammed up my gun and nothing I could do, also half the sleeve would go to waist, dont buy these

Blasted through 3/4 of the box to frame out a screened porch on my deck, no problems with the nails in the gun or the wood. Using a porter cable framing nailer.

I've used these for lots of framing jobs. They are excellent quality. They drive through the gun right down to the last nail in the clip. The galvanized coating makes the impervious to weather and they grip the wood great - no danger of them "backing-out".

Not a lot to say here, we are talking about a box of nails. The nails I received were plastic not paper collated which made me very happy. I'm 1/2 way through the box and haven't had a strip missing a single nail. I guess the one draw bAck of the plastic collated stip is that you need to wear eye protection as the piece of plastic flies off when firing the nail. I'll put up with this as the plastic collates nails are much easier to load then paper.
