Been using for over two months. I notice absolutely nothing. I honestly wish I was giving a different review, but I unfortunately cannot. It is soft and high quality materials though. Grounding is huge for health with many perks but maybe I got a dud?!? My skin is in direct contact with it for 6-8 hrs nightly. Not sure if I can return.

Love the mat itself. But my indicator light won’t light up on it so it’s not working. It does light up on the connectors but as soon as I place it on the mat the light goes off. No ground. Was looking forward to this mat as I’ve had other ones but didn’t like the materials on them.

These things are truly amazing. I feel so relaxed when I use this grounding mat. Especially napping or sleeping on it, always the best sleep I've ever had. This is a nice size if you don't want to go all out and buy grounding sheets yet and want to try it out or want a mat you can take anywhere for grounding. I love this thing and got one for my mom, too.

I used this on the day bed on my porch so I could relax and ground. It's the perfect size. Paired it with a grounding pillowcase. My cats enjoy it too.

Was excited to use this product but after a week I felt nothing, shame cause it’s a great size, I couldn’t even tell if it was working at all.

I use this pad on my bed for sleeping purposes. It is a good size and stays put for the most part, nothing that bothers me if it shifts a little. It's big enough I'm always on it. My last grounding pad was made of a plastic material, and I was happy to have found one that was not. It was uncomfortable to sleep on and was cold in the winter months. My only complaint here (and reason not 5 stars) is the grounding cord connection comes disconnected from the pad during the night. Several mornings I've woken up to find it disconnected. I did find a workaround where I used a piece of duct tape to keep it in place. So far that has worked.

This is a great grounding mat, it is made of soft material and the size is good as well. I have been learning a lot recently about the power of grounding and products that offer support in this endeavor. It comes with the cord to plug it in.I have a different brand mat that’s larger and decided to order this one as a gift for mom as she has reduction in mobility due to arthritis. When she opened, she loved the soft material and immediately put in under her on the bed. So far, so good. This has good construction and quality and a great price.

I like this earthing mat. Its made of cotton and silver fibers. This has helped me in a couple of ways. I had open heart surgery when I was younger my chest always hurt a little since. Now not at all. Plus this helps me sleep better. It also helps the swelling that I get in my legs after a long day. It shockingly also helps my lower back pain. I was skeptical at first. It really helps me. I waited to write my review for almost 2 weeks so i could give an accurate review. I heard that it blocks emfs which is the radiation that comes from microwave or TV or even your cell phone.Anything that blocks that is good in my book. I sleep on it and I do yoga on it. The size is ok. I would like one that is longer but I am fine with this one. The quality is really good because I've seen ones that aren't made with any cotton. I hear it helps with circulation and many other things as well. I don't like taking pills and this is an excellent alternative. I am not a Doctor so you should consult with your doctor before stopping any medications. I am extremely impressed with this product and would recommend it to everyone. It literally helps stress levels. At least for me. Anyone that wants to reduce pain or just relax a little more from the stress in your life would truly benefit from this. It would be the perfect gift for family and friends of any age. BTW it was extremely easy to start using and it functions properly which is amazing. I think everyone needs to own one of these. The plug in pick is the way you plug it in just make sure you push it in until it is not loose.
