How to use?
The grounding fitted sheet is very simple to use, you can spread it on the mattress like a normal bed fitted sheet, then snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the grounding fitted sheet black conductive leather, and plug the other end of the ground wire into the grounding jack of the wall outlet.
Washing Note
The grounding fitted sheet can be machine washed, and liquid detergent can be used, but please do not use bleach/fabric softeners/whitening detergents or oxi-detergents. It can be line dried or dried in a dryer on low, but not at high temperature.

The grounding part works. My wife and I noticed a better sleep and less inflammation. However these won't work if you need deep pockets. You will constantly be fighting the sheets with keeping them on. So would I buy again? Probably not, I hate fighting with the sheets daily. Two stars because the description stated would work with deep pockets and this is not the case.

I’ve been using the grounding sheet for short while now and feel I am sleeping better. It’s hard to gauge inflammation reduction, but anything is better than nothing. It washes with no issues. Give it a try!

When the sheet arrived I tested the connectivity right away. It worked. I placed my palm on the sheet any my connectivity tester showed I was grounded. I washed the sheet according to the directions. After using it a week I was noticing that I was no longer experiencing the benefits I previously had. I tested the sheet and it was still showing the connectivity was working. However; it only works when my palm or sole of my foot is directly on the sheet. When I’m laying on it with bare skin it does not register that I’m grounded. Even if I’m only wearing underwear the connectivity is not good enough to ground me. I am returning and purchasing a higher quality sheet.

This is a game changer for your sleep ! I wasn't sure about this grounding sheet but after using it, I will always use and recommend them.The first few times I did notice a more relaxed sleep but still questioned if was the sheets... then after a few more nights wow!!! I began sleeping all night without waking, felt refreshed and ready to get up.A few more nights went by I noticed in the morning I could feel I was waking from a deep recovery sleep because my body felt heavy as if I had a long workout but with no pain or tiredness. My dreams are more intense as well. I definitely feel more rested, it's a feeling I have never experienced.My husband is sleeping more solid and his snoring is not as bad,he said he feels better and not so stiff... I just told him today about the sheets today ... so he had no idea.So I'm sharing this with potential buyers. I'm not sure how this all works but it definitely works! It may be pricey but I did research and found this brand and company to be the best one to start with.I'm looking forward to posting another review in a few months because the body takes time to recover and heal and it only can when we sleep .Also, it comes with good instructions and it's very easy to install.. sleep well 😴

If you flip-flop at all at night, the sheets will come off your mattress and end up under you.
