These sheets have made a huge difference for me, and my wife, who was very skeptical. She has noticed sleeping longer thru the night and not waking up multiple times. I have noticed my neck, shoulders and back are not sore in the mornings like usual when I sleep on my side or stomach. Also I don’t sweat at night like I used to from getting too hot. Great product!

I never gave “grounding sheets” a second thought until I tried this one. It feels like sliding into a silky cloud, but there’s a hint of that bamboo vibe that keeps me cool, especially when my room turns into a sauna mid-summer. Sleeping on it is like hooking myself into some invisible energy grid—hard to explain, but I wake up less groggy.The silver fibers woven in are subtle, so it’s not like lying on tin foil. I tested it after a sweaty workout, and it wicked away moisture like it had a personal vendetta against humidity. My old sheets used to stick to me on hot nights, but not these.Some folks swear it helps with stress or muscle tension. I’m no scientist, but after a few nights, my mornings felt less stiff. My wife, who has a similar item and has found it to be very helpful, bought this for me. Having hot flashes because of some strong medicines I'm on, I've found that the sheet does assist in keeping the bed cooler. And I believe that I have been sleeping more deeply and for longer because of it. This was a fine investment.

We noticed a difference in our sleep after the very first night! The feel of the bamboo sheet was soft and not at all scratchy. The sheet is made extremely well and washes beautifully. We are very pleased with our purchase and we re enjoying the benefits of the grounding properties!
