This fireplace set came with each piece individually wrapped in plastic to ensure no scratching damage in shipping. It was assembly required, and while the instructions were with it, it literally took two minutes to put the two screws in it and I never even looked at the instructions.It's a nice set. Love the finish of it and despite it only being two screws holding it together, it's very stable. It comes with the broom, shovel, tongs and poker, as well as the stand. The only thing negative I have to say about it is that it's a bit overpriced. A set almost identical to this is look, color and quality can be purchased all over for $20 less than this sells for. Gave it a 4-star simply due to the price. If it were more reasonably priced, it would have been a 5-star.
