This is a very good product. Adjustable rest, Ergonomic set up and It took me 50 minutes to set up ( make sure you have a friend or family member to help because it requires 2 ppl). No complaints and worth the money and fits me well and it’s very comfortable (5”8 in height). 5 stars for me!

Fue una buena compra, fácil de armar, trae un poco de piezas de más.Es cómoda y no te castiga tanto la espalda las largas jornadas de juegos/trabajo que puedan llegar a tener.

Esta silla la uso para la oficina y es muy cómoda. Tiene muy buen soporte en la espalda y el cojín para la espalda baja me hace tener una buena postura. El único pero que le pongo es que es mas liviana de lo que parece por lo que al reclinarla sentirás que te caes.

Reviewing this on Day 1 - I'll update after 3 months.Shipping/Packaging: Excellent. It took about 10 days to receive the chair - which is much better than the 3 weeks they originally estimated. It seems like the company is just about caught up from the holiday rush. The box was in perfect condition and the chair was well-packaged with no damage to any components.Assembly: Easy. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the chair. EVERYTHING except the mechanism to raise/lower has to be put together. There are 24 screws, all using the same size allen wrench (included). Some of the screws are more difficult to tighten, so if you have your own, better quality allen wrench as I do, assembly will probably go much quicker. It's a one-person job, for the most part, but getting the chair on the gas strut/legs would've been easier with 2 people.Build Quality: Good. After it's all put together, this chair feels really solid. No wobbles, creaks, or anything feeling loose or cheap. I knocked a star off because the arm rests swivel inward and outward. It's supposed to be a feature, but I hate it. They move when I don't intend to move them and it's a bit annoying. There is a satisfying "click" when they're turned, though.Aesthetics: Great. As you can see by all of the pictures, it's a great looking chair.Comfort: Good. It's brand new, so there will be some breaking in (there’s little give right out of the box), but the seat is very comfortable and well padded. The backrest is great and I can already tell that my back is going to feel 100x better after sitting in this chair all day instead of my old chair. The headrest/pillow? I'm never going to use that - I don't think I've ever sat all the way back in a work/gaming chair in my life.Overall - awesome chair for the price. If you're on the fence, pick it up!

I bought this chair for my boyfriend for Christmas. His ass was always whining about how the previous chair he had would destroy his back even when sitting in it for short periods of time. This chair provides great comfort and cushioning in all the right places, adjustable to lean back or stay up, and the material is very durable. Very worth the money and I would consider it to be almost as good as those $700 gaming chairs.

Pros: The chair is fairly reasonable in price compared to others in the same category.The chair is built with a full metal tubing frame on the back of the chair for added strength.It has a higher weight rating for us bigger guys or gals.It is comfortable even with the more narrow seat, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.The reclining ability is really nice, you can nearly sleep it in or sit up straight.It has a lumbar support pillow and a neck rest pillow that you can just take off anytime with just a snap.Cons: The chair does wobble some, makes if feel as if it going to break. ( But it has held up on seat well, just feels like it )The weld on the back of the chair broke but customer service was super fast about fixing it, it could have just been a fluke with a bad weld. ( That can happen no matter what brand it is, I am a certified welder and after a close inspection it was just a small air pocket in the weld and that can happen. Otherwise it was a good weld and would have held.)The seat is a bit narrow for wider hips, it wasn't bad for me but if someone has wider hips I could see it being a bit uncomfortable.Lastly, is the leather on the back. it is pulling away from the holes in the back leaving it to look bad. But that is just a little cosmetic and really don't hurt the construction of the chair.In conclusion I am very happy with the chair, 6 months it was used 10 to 16 hours a day with a fairly big person ( myself ) sitting in it. The small problem I had was not really something that the company had no control over, but they quickly sent me another back with no trouble and that I really appreciate. When this chair does finally give up, I will most likely buy from them again. Great customer service and a decent product for a decent price is why I recommend this chair.

The item arrived with a problem piece.The chair looks good and it's comfortable.The chair's arm rest wiggles too much, the left one way more than the right one, to the point where I feel afraid to lay my arm on it. I checked all the screws on it but none of them look to be at fault so I'm guessing the insides are broken or something.Also the right side cover, the one over the lever that pulls the char back and forth, is broken. Came in broken. I've contacted the seller about this issue and I hope they can do something like send me a replacement because while it's just aesthetic it looks way nicer with a cover.So that's it, 1 star for looks, 1 for comfort, -1 for the broken cover and -2 for the arm rest (honestly it feels so bad and so cheap that I have been debating all evening to return it or not just based on this issue.Edit. GTracing has reach out to me and after explaining my issues with the chair they told me they are gonna send me a cover replacement as well as an arm rest replacement. They also asked me to update my review.So I've done so, I'll update again once the replacement parts have come in a few days from now.I really like this chair the more time I spend with it the more I like it but those issues are the ones that just destroyed the whole experience for me, hopefully this will solve my problems.Second Edit. The replacement parts arrived and now I have no problems with the chair whatsoever, I mean maybe the arm rest could be a bit sturdier but that's a minor complain. The chair is really good but what brought up the 5 star rating was the amazing customer service and how after I had a problem they actually fixed it.So yeah I'd totally recommend the chair. Mostly because I now know if anything were to be wrong I know they can fix it.Thanks for reading.
