They are different sizes and colors and the bigger the frog, the deeper the 'croaking' noise they make when you run the stick over their ridged backs. I bought these for a white elephant gift exchange and they were the most stolen gift. People were excited to see these. Excellent purchase.

It's a cute product, though I sent this as a gift to someone and when they opened it, it had termites and one of the sticks had holes all over it.

As a drummer/percussionist, I'm always in the the market for new and unusual items to smack. ( no, not that which is alive). Enter the frog trio. This is a really cool set of wood blocks. You hit them on their nasal area for wood block effect.The sound is pure, a blast to play and a great gift for any level of drummer. they come in sets of three or a larger single croaker. Nice for classroom use. I don't think they are going to hold up to rough unsupervised play, but they are perfect for what I needed them for. As long as the kids use it properly they will last well.

I bought these as a gift for my son and he's thrilled with them! The sound quality is good and he has had fun experimenting with the different tones and tempos. He loves frogs so he also is happy with the designs.
