It's thin fabric, but very tough. It was a little small for my Gretsch Electromatic guitar with vibrato arm. I cut about a 10" slit on each side of the cover, and that instantly made all the difference. Now it slips over the guitar and goes all the way to the floor without "catching" or needing encouragement. By the way, the fabric is made of stuff that isn't going to unravel or fray where the slits were cut, so I feel confident it'll never create a problem.

I Absolutely Love Love Love this dust cover. I had no idea it was even a thing. I keep one of my guitars on a stand near my desk all the time. But I don't like to keep dusting them off. Really nice quality material.

This is a pretty utilitarian object, so it's not cute but it does the job. I do miss seeing my guitar, but I don't miss letting it collect all that dust, so it's a trade-off for me (it's a mid-depth bowl Ovation and has plenty of room to spare in there, tripod stand and all). The cover also protects the pegs from my obnoxious cat who likes to chew on things when he's hungry/in a mood—I'm able to put my guitar anywhere it fits in the room now, instead of only places where there are no nearby elevated surfaces (like the piano) that can give access to the head of the guitar. The dust cover is a touch expensive, but the quality is there, so overall not a bad buy.

This is a good product. The dust rag works great. I've included a before and after of how great it works. I only wish the bag closed at the bottom. Totally worth the price, though. Fits my acoustic just fine.
