Sturdy, very easy instructions and hung in no time. Everything I needed to hang it was included and it makes my life easier by having my bass hung in the wall instead of on the floor.

I love them! After having them up on the wall for over a mont, I must say that they will last forever. I was very pleased with the price, the set comes with all the scews, the design is simple, and it works great. All you need is a wall stud finder, and a drill. Took us 20 minutes to install them on the wall, and hang our guitars. The holders worked well for different brand guitars, and the padding is holding up well. I will be ordering more.

Decent hangers, I like that they don't stick out from the wall as far as another brand I have.I attached these to a strip of 4.5" x 3/8" wood over drywall using the included hardware and drywall anchors. Supports a bass with no issue. Not sure I'd trust the rubber with a nitro finish, I'd suggest wrapping it in a natural fabric to be on the safe side. For the price, I'd order these again.

My son has very limited space for his music gear, so we decided that wall mounting was necessary to free up some floor space. There were no issues with installation - we managed to get everything up in about 20 minutes with the included hardware. As for how they function, my son says that he has no trouble getting the guitars off the wall or putting them back up and that everything seems sturdy and secure.

As a guitar collector, I like that the base is shaped like a guitar headstock, after inspection of these hangers, they are well built and sturdy and I have no hesitation to hang even my best custom shop guitars on them.

These are perfectly fine guitar hangers. They're holding my guitar and ukes quite securely and I have no concern about the instruments coming off the hangers in any way when I don't want them to. There are just a couple of things I wish were different, and I took off a star for that reason.First, these are made from stamped metal, and the edges are at approximately 90 degree angles to the wall. When screwing these into the wall, it seems very likely that the paint/drywall is going to be slightly damaged. I mean, you're either screwing or drilling into the wall anyway to use these so this probably isn't a huge concern, but it would be more to repair before repainting if you wanted to relocate or remove them in the future. If this is a concern for you, look for more expensive hooks with some kind of padding or flat backplate.Next, while the padding on the hook portion is of good quality and seems like it will hold up very well, the plastic caps on the ends of the hooks come off easily, and I find myself wondering how many times I'm going to snag an E string on the edge of the little plastic caps when pulling the guitar down, and whether I'll be able to find the little cap when it gets flung as a result. It's entirely possible that this won't be a problem at all; time will tell.My final quibble is truly a quibble: I could do without the "Moodve" logo featured prominently on each of these. I understand that that branding is valuable to the manufacturer, because I could type that into Amazon's search feature when I inevitably acquire more guitars and want to get the same hangers. I get that it increases brand awareness and all of that. But "Moodve" is an unknown and questionably pronounceable brand that was probably created because that combination of letters wasn't in use anywhere else so the brand was likely to fly through trademarking so they could get this to market quickly. Creating a brand image and reputation doesn't seem to have been their top priority. Since no one will recognize this brand, all it does is scream "cheap generic thing!" It decreases the value and the appeal of the object. All right, enough about the complaints: these work. They're solid (we screwed into studs), and I feel like my instruments are safe. The hooks themselves rotate so you could mount these sideways if you wanted. The rubberized padding on the hooks seems really sturdy; I've had cheaper materials before and upon touching this padding I was really pleasantly surprised. If you can deal with what I've outlined above, go for it.
