I bought these to hang up a decorative ukulele that I bought for cheap but is pretty. These are solid with padded arms to hold the uke by the pegs (assuming the pegs face in the right orientation...I realized mine has pegs that face the back, so I had to jury rig this with some grosgrain ribbon to attach to the pegs). You'll definitely need a 1/4 inch drill bit (thanks to the other reviewer that mentioned it because there are no instructions or label to say what size you need).

I wish you could tell they were music notes when you hang them with something. Once there is a guitar/uke placed on them you cant see anything.

These are very nice and sturdy. I am using them to hang my Warwick basses that average around 10 lbs. each. They do a good job with no sign of fatigue so far. My only complaint, albeit minor, is that I wish the manufacturer would have disclosed that you should use at least a 1/4 inch drill bit to do your pre-set hole. This size works best with the included anchors. But again this was minor.
