Good light weight case that is able to be locked. Transported a firearm on an airplane thru checked luggage and everything in the receiving end was perfect.

Purchased for a 1911 style 9mm. Heavy duty case. Latches well. Pluck and pull foam works well. Holds the weapon and two mags easily.

It’s a budget friendly gun case, what more could you ask for? Lightweight and easy to setup to fit your gun. There’s room for a few extra goodies in the box as well.

Plus: Hard case with pressure-equalizing valve. Two foam layer inserts provide extra cushoning.Con: Not enough clearance to fit some TSA gun locks on the corner holes.

This looks super good and the foam is great too. Doesn’t feel cheap. It’s perfect to fit the gun and 2 mags. The latches don’t feel like they are going to fall off so I’m super happy with it.

Im writing this review because I saw conflicting info in the item description and also some of the reviews.Overall:This case is sturdy, though not as sturdy as another one i bought from Eylar. Im also not sure if I would drive a car over it as shown in product photos. I like the size which allows me to put compact/carry size gun, 2 magazines, and one additional accessory (e.g., slide assembly) in small space. I plan to replace the foam with better one and redo, but the picture shows current setup for a Sig P365. For those comparing models, the Eylar case (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081DCCVCJ/) is sturdier but has cosmetic defects (I saw many reviewers say same) and also is a bit smaller so wont fit as many items. Its also more expensive than the Kinghardcase.Additional info:Size (external): slightly less than 11" x 9" (about 1/8" less on each side) x 3.75" highSize (internal): Foam area is approx. 10.125" x 7.25"Foam: Foam has triangle cuttings (vs the square ones) which allows more precise fitting; however it is not as sturdy as other foam I have so comes apart easier. I plan to replace but it works for now.Lock holes: Note that lock holes are slightly smaller than other models i have seen.
