I use these when I make casseroles and cakes. The are the perfect size. Make sure you support the bottom though. Not very sturdy or strong.

I purchased these to hold soil blocks for seed starting. I'm trying to avoid plastic in my garden so these were a great alternative. I also like that they are much smaller than the usual seed trays. So far they are working really well.

My wife loves these, they fit perfectly in our corsi air fryer and greatly saves cleanup. Meals like fish and any other oily dinners are a breeze.

I specifically was looking for deep pans. The information states they are 12.3 cm (4.8 inches) about 5 cm (2 inches) deep.
