As other reviewers have pointed out, there are no instructions included with this item. I guess it was not worth the effort to hire an interpreter to translate the directions from Chinese to English. I was able to figure things out from the photo on Amazon. The parts were of reasonable, not great quality. It wasn't very heavy so it wasn't hard to handle once assembled. However, it didn't work very well as a gutter cleaner. It just pushed the leaves back and forth, rather then getting them out. I was able to get a few of them over to the drain--we'll see if they come down on the next rain. The best use of this item could be to clean high places on my pool enclosure and house with the brush. That's why I gave it two stars. But for that alone, this tool is overpriced.

Really bad quality. One attachment does not even fit for screwing on. Total waste of money.

I tried this out on my gutters for my garage and found the following: the brush attachment works well with dry leaves however it is not quite as effective with pine needles, the mirror takes some adjusting to get the right angle but that is to be expected and I found the metal scoop to be only mediocre for getting the wet leaves out of the eaves. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the attachments as I have no idea how the orange attachment was supposed to attach and it was difficult to attach securely. Overall the effectiveness of this device will depend on the type of debris in the gutters and whether it is wet or dry.

The tool was packaged in a plain brown box without instructions. The mirror is a bike mirror that attaches to the red plastic part, but it's on the smaller side and you would really need better than 20-20 vision to actually see the gutter in the mirror if the pole is fully extended. Without instructions, it wasn't obvious to me how to attach the metal scoop to the end of the pole until I looked at the pictures in the description. I'm a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of the brush, but I'm willing to give it a try. The machining of the extension poles and scoop left a lot to be desired, with sharp burrs on the inside of the tubes and on parts of the scoop. The whole package strikes me as cheap and overpriced, but TBF I don't have a basis for comparison.

Not too thrilled. Quality of the metal is standard. Brush is nice but I doubt it will work on my gutters. The gutter cleaner seems to be designed for the individual who cleans his gutters regularly. Which I don't. I doubt this cleaner can handle the matted leaves in my gutters. Now, if they had included a scoop attachment...
