Great customer service. Had an issue with the color of the mat I received being off, I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and resolved it and offered a partial refund for my trouble. Difficult to find customer service like that nowadays! Bought this for my twin 8 year old daughters who have started in gymnastics, and even three months later it’s one of the few things they play on not only together but every single day. They love practicing different moves on it and when we have friends over, it’s the first thing they want to show people.

Almost unusable and definitely described incorrectly. They make it seem like it can be an 8" wide dip bar for small kids but thats not the case at all and it cant be set far enough to be considered an uneven bar set. Buyer beware. This is a toy. Incorrect and misleading advertising. Look at pictures from other reviews and you will see different products. This might be a scam.

This set seems to be made very well, it’s solid and doesn’t tip. I really like this product, however the spacing between the bars is not realistic. The spacing between the bars is so close that anyone who does actual gymnastics won’t be able to utilize the product like in a gym. Other than that is a really great set for the money, and the color is just beautiful.

Ordered for Christmas. The bars were easy to put together. A little hiccup with some screws missing. The Customer service always responded quickly to my emails. They sent me the screws and comped me money for the trouble without being asked. The bars are sturdy and the pad has saved my children a couple times already. The item is easily deconstructed to reclaim your lost space.

I bouth it for my 7 years old to make paralel bars ...Not well made , very wiggle , not stable ...the bolts that secure the uprights, 2 of them, in one side comes from inside the bars, not outside as should be , this way easily can accident your legs ... also very expensive for the quality .

These parallel bars are easy to assemble and a lot more sturdy than anticipated. The kids absolutely love it. One of the knobs broke while adjusting the height of the bars. I contacted the company by email seeking a replacement knob. Within minutes, I was contacted to confirm the exact part and two extra knobs were delivered to me within a week. I’m happy with the quality of this product and with the warranty process.
