I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. It was shipped on time and nicely packaged and the scooter itself felt nice and sturdy like it has good material. My daughter likes the LED lights and they look nice at night. The scooter goes 10mph like it says so it's nice for cruising around the park or around the block. I would recommend for 11 year old or younger or as a beginners scooter. I did have a few issues with it like the bike light not working properly and the switch to make it go go getting stuck but customer support reached out and are rectifying the situation which I greatly appreciate. I'm a satisfied customer.

The Gyroor H40 Kids Electric Scooter is fantastic! Assembly was incredibly easy, took just a few minutes, and everything fit perfectly. The scooter is well-built, smooth to ride, and the adjustable height makes it great for growing kids. The LED display and colorful lights are a huge hit, making rides even more exciting. With adjustable speed settings, it's safe yet fun, reaching up to 10 mph. The battery lasts a good amount of time, and the motor ispowerful enough for a thrilling ride. My child absolutely loves it! After some issues the manufacturer got it squared away. So far my son loves this thing. The lights on it made his day. Has 3 different speed settings that makes it easy for my son to get used to it. Overall a good buy.

I ordered this product twice, the first time as a “Santa present”, and the 2nd time as a replacement for the Santa present.So we got the first one and it was great, came charged and my son loved it, worked fantastic, for the first day, then we could not get the charger to work. It tried a few other chargers that fit, but the scooter itself will not charge. I spent ages trying to contact and return this to Amazon but I live in another country and it was costing twice the amount I paid for the item, to ship it back to them, which they could not seem to understand. They refuse to ship a replacement or give a credit until they receive the item which quite frankly was almost impossible for me to do from here.I finally gave up and bought a whole new one for my 6 year old since he was very disappointed that Santa could not fix it.So the 2nd one came and worked well. I charged it a few times and he loved it and guess what, 6 months later and it’s no longer charging!!!I first thought I got a bad item, but now that both seem to have the same issue, I can confidently say do not buy this item!I am now out of pocket 2 scooters, and neither one of them is working and I still have a sad 6 year old who can not understand why Santa gave him a defective scooter!!!!Do not buy!!!!

This scooter is awesome. Present for my 6 yr old grand. It was his favorite gift. I was worried it was going to be too much for him to use. When us adults first tried it in the house, we had a hard time controlling it. But once outside it was easier. His old scooter was a triwheel and we weren't sure about this product. He mastered it pretty fast. It was a hit with his friends. I just ordered myself an adult scooter so I can keep up with him. We are gonna have some fun times. Great value for the cost. The lights on it make it extra special as well as a good indicator you still have power. A bell for trail riding is great too. Charges up in a few hours and we were able to use it for a good 2 hours. It's only been several days, but so far I highly recommend it.
