As described but poorly packaged so they arrived slightly bent. Fortunately my application required short sections so the bend wasn’t a problem for me.

These measured larger than 3/16" OD, not by very much but enough that they didn't fit my project (a hardened steel knife blank, so there was no enlarging the holes to fit it). Maybe they're 3/16" ID but I didn't think to measure that before returning them.

Brass tubes arrived significantly damaged and unusable. It could not have been from shipping.Update: Replacements were sent quickly and they were in good shape.
