I normally wear a 38, but the 38R in this style was just a little big on me. I do like the look and feel of the coat, it just runs slightly large, to the point where I don't know that I would wear it without maybe an extra layer or thick shirt to help bulk it out. I am on the lower range of a regular 38, so it's understandable. Apart from that, it looks good and doesn't break the bank.
